Starting from volume 8 no 1 JPTK Issuance frequency changed from 4 months (3 times a year) 
to 6 months (2 times a year) in June and December

From volume 8 no 1 onwards there has been a change in the cover of the front page 
and the theme color has changed to predominantly white and orange
