Insomnia and anxiety problems are health problems that are often experienced by students, which can affect academic activities and have an impact on their quality of life. Sound therapy or sound wave therapy is known to have a positive effect in helping to overcome these problems. This study aims to develop a sound wave therapy website as an alternative solution to reduce insomnia and anxiety in students. The research method used is development (Research and Development) with a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach based on the Waterfall model. Data collection was carried out using the Insomnia Rating Scale (IRS) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 71 students. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate methods, the test used is the paired t-testt. The results showed a significant decrease in insomnia with a p-value of 0.005 and anxiety with a p-value of 0.018 after using sound wave therapy through this website. These findings prove that web-based sound wave therapy can be an effective alternative solution to reduce insomnia and anxiety in students.
