Abstract

Spiritual well-being can help individuals find purpose and meaning in life, raise hope and optimism, and improve their psychological condition, which in turn supports the achievement of a physically and mentally healthy life. Optimal spiritual well-being is reflected in a person's ability to establish harmonious relationships with themselves, others, the surrounding environment, and God. For a student, one indicator of their success in studying school material can be seen from their learning achievement reflected in the test scores for a number of specific materials. Therefore, good spiritual well-being can be a driving factor for achieving better learning achievement. This study aims to examine the relationship between spiritual well-being and student learning achievement. This study is an observational analytical study using a cross-sectional method conducted on 238 students by filling out a questionnaire. The results showed a significant relationship between the level of spiritual well-being and student learning achievement (P Value 0.033). Improving spiritual well-being can be an effective strategy to boost student learning achievement, so programs that support student spiritual well-being need to be a concern in activities in higher education.
